This Membership Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions governing all memberships at Reset Studio (“Reset Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or maintaining a membership, you (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Notice of Cancellation

All membership cancellations require a minimum of fourteen (14) days’ prior written notice before your next scheduled billing date.

Valid notice must be submitted:

  • In writing via email, or

  • Through your official member account or designated booking platform

Verbal requests, social media messages, or indirect communication will not be considered valid notice.

2. Billing During Notice Period

If a billing date falls within the required 14-day notice period:

  • The upcoming charge will be processed in full, and

  • Your membership will remain active until the end of that billing cycle

No automatic prorated refunds or credits will be issued for unused time.

3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are not guaranteed and may be considered solely at the discretion of Reset Studio on a case-by-case basis.

Reset Studio reserves the exclusive right to determine:

  • Eligibility for any refund

  • The amount of any partial refund, if granted

All decisions made by the studio in this regard are final.

4. Membership Freezes (Holds)

As an alternative to cancellation, members may request a temporary freeze of their membership under the following terms:

  • Standard Members: Eligible for a freeze of up to 60 days

  • Founding Members: Eligible for a freeze of up to 90 days

Conditions:

  • Freeze requests must be submitted in advance and approved by the studio

  • Memberships will resume automatically at the end of the freeze period

  • The membership will resume at the same pricing and terms previously agreed upon

  • Additional or extended freezes are not guaranteed and are subject to approval

5. Effective Date of Cancellation

Cancellation requests become effective only after:

  • Proper written notice has been received, and

  • The required notice period has been fulfilled

Membership access and benefits will remain active until the end of the final paid billing cycle.

6. Non-Use of Membership

Failure to attend sessions, utilize services, or actively use your membership does not constitute a cancellation.

All recurring charges will continue until a valid cancellation request is submitted and processed in accordance with this Policy.

7. Appointment and Class Cancellations

Membership cancellation does not override or replace appointment or class-specific policies.

Members are responsible for adhering to:

  • Individual service cancellation windows

  • Class cancellation and no-show policies

These terms are presented at the time of booking and may include applicable fees or forfeiture of sessions.

8. Liability and Responsibility

Reset Studio shall not be held liable for:

  • Missed sessions, unused services, or scheduling conflicts

  • Failure by the Member to provide proper cancellation notice

  • Any financial loss resulting from charges incurred due to non-compliance with this Policy

Members are responsible for:

  • Monitoring their billing cycles

  • Managing bookings and cancellations in accordance with stated policies

9. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

Requests for exceptions, including medical or personal circumstances, may be reviewed at the sole discretion of Reset Studio.

Approval is not guaranteed, and supporting documentation may be required.

10. Modifications

Reset Studio reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of membership services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

11. Acknowledgment

By purchasing or maintaining a membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy in full.
