Our Wellness Walks are casual guided group walks hosted throughout Toronto. Each walk is intentionally designed to encourage movement, meaningful connection, and a sense of community in a relaxed environment.

Our Toronto wellness walks are intentionally casual and community-focused. This is not a competitive running club or high-intensity fitness group. Instead, these walks are designed to encourage low-impact movement, meaningful connection, and mindful moments throughout the city.

Each event offers a relaxed atmosphere where guests can enjoy fresh air, scenic views, and genuine conversation while staying active in a way that feels natural and accessible. Many participants join on their own, making our walking club a great opportunity to meet like-minded people and become part of a growing wellness community in Toronto.

Sip , Sniff & Stroll

TUESDAYS @ 6:30 PM

A community walk designed to help you slow down, connect, and reset. Starting with a cool or warm sip in hand, we’ll move together through a guided waterfront walk filled with fresh air, light movement, and meaningful conversation in a welcoming community atmosphere.

Dogs are absolutely welcome, and we’ll have treats available for them too 🐾

Reset, Recharge & Stroll

SUNDAYS @ 11:30 AM

a feel-good community walk created to help you ease into your week with movement, connection, and fresh air. Together, we’ll take a relaxed guided stroll along the waterfront, creating space to recharge mentally, physically, and socially in a supportive community setting.

Whether you’re looking to build healthier routines, meet new people, or simply enjoy a mindful start to your Sunday, this walk is open to all paces and experience levels.
